The medieval village of Les Allues is still the capital of the Méribel valley and the heart of this pretty village is just a lovely 5 minute stroll from the chalet. The Chalet has fantastic mountain views of the Vanoise National Park, the Courchevel & Meribel Valleys. In summer the garden is full with masses of wild flowers and is a great place to picnic and sunbathe. Marked mountain walks lead straight from the front door.

From the village, if you have a car, you can quickly get to different start points for skiing or summer activities such as Mottaret, La Tania or the Courchevel area. Plus a stunning 4th valley, Orelle, has now been linked. Brides Les Bains Spa town is just 10kms and Lake Annecy about 55 minute drive. The heart of The Vanoise National Park, Pralogan, is a short and stunningly beautiful drive.
