| Refundable
Deposit |
£300 deposit
is required when the reservation is made to secure the booking. This deposit is repaid
at the end of your stay after my Managing Agent inspects the apartment at check-out and
is guaranteed to be returned within 7 days. |
| Rental Payment |
The full amount must be
paid two months prior to the start of the holiday. Bookings made within two months of
the holiday must be paid in full at the time of booking, including the deposit. |
| Apartment Preparation
& Cleaning |
There is a cleaning charge
included in the rate for your stay (approx: £60). This ensures the apartment is clean -
before and after your stay, beds made up and clean towels & linen ready for guests
holidays. |
| Tourist Tax Paid Locally

€1.10 per person per day
to be paid at the end of your stay to my Managing Agent. |
| Linen Change &
Cleaning |
During your stay if you
require linen changed and additional cleaning during your holiday arrange with my
Managing Agent. They charge approximately €20. per change. |
| Electricity & Hot

| Baby Equipment Hire |
Cots & high chairs can
be ordered locally and placed in the apartment for your arrival. You pay my Agent before
your departure. Hire cost is approximately £23 each per week. |
| Phone & WiFi |
Use included in the rental
tariff for local & emergency calls. |
| Check In |
Check-in is on Saturdays
after 4.00pm unless previously arranged with the owner. |
| Departure / Check-out |
Check-out is on a Saturday
between 9.00 & 10.00am unless otherwise arranged with the Owner & my Managing
Agent. If you require a different time please arrange locally with my Managing Agent.
After check-out my Managing
Agent will inspect the apartment and email a report to the owner who will then arrange
to refund your deposit (less any agreed damages, if applicable) within 7 days.
All used bed linen &
towels to be placed in the bath & bins emptied. Dishwasher can be left running with
used crockery & cutlery. All
furniture must be put back in the position you found it. Any breakages or damages to be
reported to the Managing Agent. Keys to be returned to the Managing Agent or, for 6
Chalet Diapason, into the keysafe and locked. Failure to do so & 25 euros will be
deducted from your deposit to pay the cleaner for extra time to do these jobs. |
| Cancellation |
You are strongly
recommended to arrange a comprehensive holiday insurance including cancellation cover.
Please email your cancellation details as soon as you know, then the cancellation must
be made in writing, and posted recorded delivery. You will receive a cancellation
invoice from me within a week of receipt. Cancellations charges are as follows:-
